The Sword Polisher’s Record: The Way of Kung-Fu

In an effort to learn more about the philosophy of Kung-Fu, Shi-Fu suggested that I start reading The Sword Polisher’s Record: The Way of Kung-Fu, by Adam Hsu.  As I read this book, I will blog about quotes that I find useful or important regarding my Kung-Fu training.
